The report generator

The tool implements the federal 70/70 framework as described in the May 19, 2026 final rule. For award years 2026–27 through 2028–29, states determine and verify the operative methodology — your state's calculation may differ. The tool and its output are provided as-is, without warranty. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for verifying results before relying on them.
